WCG 2008 is being sponsored by Wateen Telecom. The National Finals will be held in Lahore on October 6th and 7th. Venue is Garrison golf and Country Club.

The first-ever E-Sports tournament between India and Pakistan was held on September 10th, 2007 in Mumbai, India. Pakistan was represented by Neomatrix's CS clan "Havok" (current National ESWC champs).

Dec 21, 2006.The biggest CS event in Lahore so far.

Havok (shagger, sasuke, hyperX, carnage, nitro and mani) have won the Final of the AAG TV CS Tournament. Welldone!

The match was recorded and will be shown on AAG TVs gaming related program called TRIBES. (Mondays 10pm)

Demise (Ducati, Sasuke, Naruto, Xalim and Glock) have won the 1st Mixed Level Tourney. They lost the first map (Inferno) to Rz (Shagger’s clan) [13-16]. Then won Dust_2 [16-2] and Nuke [16-4]. So the final score was 2-1.

Rs.50,000 Mega CS 1.6 Tournament was held at Neomatrix on Dec 31st, Jan 1st and 2nd. The winners are as follows:

Hi-Level Tourney - Renegades
Mid-Level Tourney - oD
Amateur Tourney - Infection

.: CS 1.6 5 on 5 TOURNEY - JUNE 25 

The tournament was won by [R] Renegades. m5 came 2nd and as a newly formed team played exceptionally well. HIV and Cyph3r were the semi finalists.

.: QUAKE III - 5 on5 CTF TOURNEY RESULTS

The Quake III CTF (5 on 5) was held at NEO1 on June 18th. The following clans participated: R&R, Fear Unknown, Iced, Aids, Noon Squad 'A' and Noob Squad 'B'. The first three clans came from Islamabad.

R&R won the Tournament. Welldone! Fear Unknown came 2nd, Iced 3rd and Aids were 4th. It was a great tourney!
 
.: FIRST 5 on 5 Warcraft 3 Tourney @ NEO

"R" has won the first 5 on Warcraft III "3 Corridors" tourney at NEO. They beat "Arena" in the final match. Welldone.

Six teams participated in the tourney. "Arena", "R", "Arkard", "Clegg", "Plan C" and "c".

.: FIRST CS 1.6 AMATEUR TOURNEY @ NEO

Lahore's first ever CS 1.6 Amateur Tournament was held at NEO (Defence) on February 12th. Twelve teams participated in the tournament. The top Amateur Clan is [M] Mistris. Existence came 2nd.

As for the Leet clans that participated, RIF beat X3 in the final match.

It was a great tourney overall.
.: 5 ON 5, CS 1.6 TOURNAMENT DEC 24/25

And the winner is: AL-AXA (Neo)

NEO2's 1st Counter Strike 1.6 Tournament was held on Dec 24th & 25th. The maps are as follows:

Dust2, Inferno, Cbbl, Nuke and Train

11 teams patricipated in this tournament. The semi-finalists were:

xG, Al-AxA, Cyph3r and HIV

The final was played between CypH3r and Al-AxA. Al-AxA beat Cyph3R 2-1 in the final match to claim the 1st prize. Welldone boys!
